I have started drinking yomeishu for around 2 months and I really like how it change my body ect.
I don't feel cold easily and wouldn't get tired so easily. I use to need alot of hrs of sleep but Like no matter how long I sleep is never enough for me. After consuming yomieshu really see a change in my life. Can be Sleeping for 6-8hrs and is already enough for me to go through my busy day (meeting/work, taking care of my kids and taking care of my family). I am sure you will understand what I am trying to say if you are a working mother.
